Grant Guideline FAQs

1) How does a young family apply to receive a Finding Lucy Grant?
Finding Lucy Grants are accepted on a first-come, first served basis and reviewed quarterly against Finding Lucy’s fiscal year budget allocated for the program. All applications should be filed online.

2) What is the award amount for a Finding Lucy Grant recipient?
The maximum award for a Finding Lucy Grant recipient is $1,000 USD.

3) May a young family re-apply to receive a Finding Lucy Grant?
If Finding Lucy is unable to approve a grant application for whatever reason, we welcome young families to re-apply in the future as long as they still meet the eligibility requirements. In contrast, once awarded a Finding Lucy Grant, regardless of the award amount, we ask for young families not to re-apply to allow Finding Lucy to better serve the community at large.
